Discovery
We get on a call and map the project out. The mood, style, message, goal, timeline, and scope. No assumptions. If something is unclear here it will cost us both later.

A quick and direct map of how I see the motion unfolding. Think of it as a storyboard. Not precious, not polished. Just a clear picture of where we are headed before any real work begins.

Motion needs things built a certain way. Logos need to be broken into parts. Files need to be the right size and format. I fix what needs fixing and flag anything that requires your input.
The 80%
The piece goes to 80 percent complete. Everything is moving, the structure is there, the timing is locked. This is a checkpoint, not a final. We make sure the direction is right before polish begins.

The last 20 percent is where good becomes great. Easing, timing nuance, micro motion, sound design alignment. The stuff that most people cannot name but everyone can feel.
Revisions and Delivery
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Once we are locked and paid in full, you get your files in the formats you need, ready to use everywhere.
